Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item you will need to return the undesired item for a full refund and place a new order at www.swashbucklerco.com

Return Policy

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Proof of purchase from the website must be included.
• Items must be in the condition you received them.
• We will not accept items that have missing original tags, worn, altered, or washed.
• Items must be free of any stains, odors or fragrances.
• Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable.
• Returns are not available on free, promotional, or discounted items.
• Return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center your refund will be processed and a credit to the original method of payment will be applied within 7-10 business days.

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
